All of the plants that come out of our indoor farm are started from non-GMO seed, and we are committed to pesticide free production. Our plants are harvested the same day they are available for pick up, resulting in the freshest and tastiest product.
Selling our weekly Greens Bag subscription direct to consumers allows us to maximize value for our customers, while providing a product that is unavailable anywhere else. Also, we do not have to ship your greens thousands of miles to your table, and that saves valuable resources.
Efficiency
We want to change the way leafy greens are grown and consumed. Eliminating shipping increases usable shelf life, resulting in less spoilage. By cutting down on packaging we lessen our impact on the environment and keep excess plastics out of the landfill.
